New Financial Services Guide - 1 October 2018

Well, we are glad to see the end of October!

October is traditionally a volatile month for Stock Markets and October 2018 didn't disappoint! Most major global markets have fallen during this time with both the Australian (All Ords) and US (Dow Jones) markets down around 6%.

These volatile times highlight the importance of a diversified portfolio - across asset classes and investment styles. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your own portfolio, we encourage you to call or email us to discuss.

Welcome Evan!

Last Monday, we welcomed Evan Williamson into the NKP family! Evan joins us as a Client Service Manager and was recently married. We wish Evan all the best with both new chapters in his life!

Evan, along with Courtney and Samantha, are the heartbeat of our business. They are there to answer any administrative queries you may have (including follow up of deposits, withdrawals, investment implementations etc) and are happy to assist at any time. 

Financial Services Guide

We have recently updated our Financial Services Guide to reflect the new External Dispute Resolution Scheme. From 1 November, this will be the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. 

There is no absolutely no change in our current arrangement with you. This is for your information only and requires no action.
